Our aim is to help close the gender gap in Fibre, working with exceptional women across the Fibre Industry. When looking at the most recent Gender Pay Gap reports
(2019/20), we can see an average of 14% of roles in the lower pay level roles in telecoms are filled with women, at the top pay level it is less than a quarter at 21%. We have some work to do!
