We are recruiting a Wayleaves Coordinator for our brilliant client. This is an excellent opportunity to accelerate your career in the fibre industry, as it continues to deploy broadband across the UK.

Wayleaves are the access grant agreements for Network Operators to be able to install their equipment with permissions from the Freeholders/Land Owners of a property. You'll work with the wider team to support them in their communication with external parties.

A hybrid role working from home and ideally some travel to HQ in Hammersmith. The team like to meet on Wednesdays for collaboration and updates! There will be an opportunity for some travel split between locations to meet with clients on occasion.

The ideal person will have outstanding customer service and communication skills, be computer literate with a can-do attitude. You will be supported by a manager who coaches and develops her high-performing team.

Wayleaves experience would be desirable however if you have paralegal experience, working in property management or alike and have an awareness to Wayleaves , our client is offering development and support.
