We are recruiting for a Technical Customer Service Advisor to permanently join our client. This role is remote working, with occasional travel into the London Hammersmith office. Salary is up to £25k.

The Role

You will be a member of a busy international Internet Service Provider team that operates in the UK. As the (NOC Tier 1) Technical Customer Service Adviser, your objective is to manage and maintain our clients end networks, ensuring they are dealt with in a professional and efficient way. In addition to responding to connectivity issues, you will be dealing with more complex cases.

You Will

  • Utilise the tools provided to resolve incidents before clients are aware

  • Liaise with clients via phone and/or email answering technical questions, building strong customer relationships

  • Be able to work on multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

  • Resolve technical problems

  • Work across multiple platforms in a busy environment

What You'll Need To Succeed

It is important you are dedicated to delivering a great customer experience. Attention to detail is a must, along with great listening skills and a can-do attitude. You will have excellent organisation, communication, planning, time management and prioritisation skills. You will use a range of IT tools and platforms for daily operations which require a high level of accuracy. You will have a proven track record of excellent performance and adaptability with a demonstrable technical background.
