We are recruiting a Regional Telesales Manager, who will cover Surrey, Hampshire, and Berkshire. Our client is a full-fibre broadband provider who wants to improve lifestyles and enhance communities by instantly connecting people and businesses beyond today's broadband.
The Regional Telesales Manager will lead the Telesales organisation, driving sales across both the residential and SME business segments. Throughout the sales process, our client's brand must be seen as trusted, reliable and community-focused to maintain ongoing retention and help expand their footprint.
You will prepare and oversee the execution of the monthly and quarterly sales plans for the region which will evolve as the pace of the construction varies. You will work with the marketing teams on maintaining a continually updated calendar of campaigns and events to achieve or exceed the regional sales targets.
You will be a proven leader of sales teams and will be adept in analysing sales data to determine your strategy and maximise productivity. You will have experience and be proven in your ability to recruit, interview, coach, motivate and drive your team to success. This is an exciting opportunity with an excellent product.
