About the role
As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Resourcer to join our team. We're based in Bedfordshire, however, we're happy for our team to be based anywhere in the UK, if anything, we've all learned that we can all work from home and still deliver!
Due to the nature of the fibre industry, this will be a fast paced and rewarding position with the opportunity to work towards tight deadline and targets. It is crucial that you have outstanding attention to detail and that this is proven through your previous experience. This is a full-time position; we get people have commitments, we're not fixated on 9-5, so let us know what works for you.
You will be an enthusiastic and driven individual looking to grow your career within the recruitment industry, as mentioned you will need to have strong attention to detail, be organised and motivated. You do not need to have Telecoms experience; we're looking for passion and an ability to learn. Strong IT and customer service skills are a must, and we love creativity!
As the sole resourcer for the team you will be responsible for sourcing, pre-screening and registering candidates. Matching candidates against different roles, placing candidates into roles, building professional and credible relationships with our candidates, and processing all relevant paperwork onto the system.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Headhunting candidates via LinkedIn and socials
- Interacting with candidates over the phone and video
- Exceptional candidate experience
- Creating job descriptions and posting across job boards and social media
- Build Talent Pipeline of candidates
- Updating the inhouse CRM system with candidate information
- Organising any assessments
On offer is salary up to 24K + commission + benefits.
