We're recruiting a methodical and engaging PoP Build Manager for our brilliant client who is deploying Fibre in Scotland and the North of England.

Your role of PoP Build Manager will be responsible for the specification, delivery, and ongoing management of network points of presence (PoPs), ensuring that timescales, budgets, and standards are met. Taking ownership of all aspects of the PoP build process, and ensuring best practice and quality is met to a high standard.

You will have experience of positively leading a collaborative team across multiple regions and subsequent reporting in a fast-paced and changeable environment.

We're seeking:

  • Experience in supply chain management and escalation processes
  • Ability to identify and communicate with a range of stakeholders at various levels of seniority, both internally and externally
  • Proven experience of PoP build progress and management of the associated timescales/budgets
  • Clear and effective reporting of the team and individual performance, along with the ability and foresight
  • Adapt well to business change to ensure continuity within the department and an agile approach to operational readiness.
  • A key influencer in problem and change management functions across all product and service tiers, ensuring these are progressed, communicated, and documented appropriately and infrastructure environmental standards are maintained
