Our client is growing and they need a People Officer to join the team. This role will cover a broad range of responsibilities to ensure the People function provides first-class HR support and advice across the company. This will include the hiring process, compensation and benefits, HR administration, performance and appraisals process. As this is a standalone role, you'll need to be self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative to meet deadlines.

As People Officer, you will be predominantly working remotely, with occasional travel into the London office, and need to enjoy working in a fast-paced changing environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic HR professional to grow the People function and their own development.

You'll need to have:

  • Experience in a HR role, managing HR core practices
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current employment legislation and its practical application
  • CIPD qualified (ideally level 5)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all levels of staff
Although advertised as full-time, part-time hours would be considered.
