Our client is accelerating their roll out of FTTP in the UK. Already in 4 locations including over 35,000, our client is now open for consumer connections. The priority for this role is to work as Head of Subscriber Sales, designing and delivering the Sales Strategy for the take-up of fibre connections.

The Head of Subscriber Sales will report direct to the Country Manager and collaborate across the senior team to deliver revenue goals.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Design and deliver strategic sales plans utilising data, insight, and commercial acumen to achieve sales targets
  • Lead, coach and develop the Subscriber Sales team across the UK to meet agreed KPI's
  • Understand the competitive landscape and market trends
  • Implement an effective sales communication value proposition
  • Communicate the companies USPs in technology, process and partnerships
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions projecting expected sales volume and profit
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams and fosters a culture of continuous process improvement
  • Ensure reports, other internal intelligence and insight is provided to the Board, and the wider organisation

Skills required:

  • Excellent, and proven experience leading successful consumer facing sales teams in the telecoms industry
  • Establish D2D sales toolkits to scale sales resources internally and externally
  • Initiate the development of an information guide and objection handling guide aligned with Marketing
  • Build a high-level customer journey map for the D2D channel and identify people, process and system capabilities.
  • Must be proficient at analysing data, building reporting and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends
  • Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
