Our client is an exciting internet service provider, specialising in supplying Ultrafast Broadband, Voice-over-IP (VOIP) and security solutions, in rural and urban areas across Scotland and Northern England.

The role

Our client is continuing to grow rapidly and to support the next stage of their company expansion plans, we require a Head of SME Sales to join them.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious head or manager of SME sales to join as they will play a pivotal role in our next growth phase.

You will have experience within IT/Telecommunications sales, or a similar industry and hold a strong understanding if the connectivity industry. You will work closely with the leadership team in determining the business development strategy for the SME sector and will be responsible for driving the sales team revenue growth in the vertical.

You will hire, coach, and motivate SME sales team members, instilling a customer centric methodology to overachieve revenue targets and outperform KPI's.
