We're recruiting an ambitious and strategically focused Head of Engagement to join our client in Manchester, an exemplary ISP, one that questions industry thinking and adopts best practices from around the world.

This opportunity would suit an extremely driven sales director with proven experience in building trust and credibility at all levels, internally and externally with clients. Reporting to the Senior Vice President as part of the leadership team, you will play an influential role in the business and take on key responsibilities for the day-to-day sales across all products.


A little bit about the role...


Day to Day and in collaboration, you will oversee the execution and planning of driving revenue growth and sales strategy by using analysis to forecast sales performance, set sales targets, and determine the effectiveness of current sales initiatives. You will be responsible for the structure and all elements that follow; analysis and recommendations, hiring and retention, customer advocacy, leading and motivating your sales team, and marketing to include marketing strategy, product development, partnerships, marketing communication, digital marketing initiatives, and social media management.





What you'll need...

● A proven track record selling high volume, high worth telecommunications solutions (especially in a rapidly changing and scaling environment).

● A seasoned forecaster - you are always looking forward, removing barriers before they exist, and acting proactively as opposed to reactively.

● Sales solution skills - the knowledge of product offerings, client applications, use cases, and market trends and the skill to apply them to the individual client and prospect situations that position the sales team member as an expert client advisor.

● Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting.

● Experience leading a team of sales professionals.
