Our client has embarked on a major project to roll out full-fibre broadband services to residential customers and businesses in Lincolnshire and Norfolk. They have the ambition to make a significant difference to the broadband landscape to improve their customers' lives through the delivery of a world-class customer experience. As part of their growth, they are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to join their team.
As their Digital Marketing Analyst, you will provide highly data-driven support & direction to colleagues in Sales & Marketing; deriving insights to change actions and make improvements to commercial performance.
You will be responsible for executing end-to-end analytics projects: gathering and shaping requirements (using a formal, structured, replicable approach), defining success metrics and identifying & validating data sources and analysis methods. All with the aim of delivering valuable insights to support the formulation of actionable recommendations and learnings to help the department to determine the best and most effective courses of action.
Though the ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, pro-active, and capable of working alone, this is also a role requiring significant stakeholder management skills, including gathering requirements & presenting reporting & insights to senior colleagues.
The role will be reporting to the Digital Marketing Director and will be based both remote with occasional travel into their Peterborough head office.
