Our client is growing! They are transforming the telecom industry through their cloud-based construction management platform and are looking for an outstanding Customer Success Manager to join their UK team.
As a customer success manager, you will support new and existing customers as they onboard and start their journey with our innovative client. You will be responsible for the on boarding, retention, and expansion of new and existing customers.
You will be passionate about creating relationships with people, listening, supporting, and responding actively to your customer's needs. A team player with high energy who is passionate about new technology.
You will be an organised individual with an excellent eye for detail. You should be motivated by a fast-paced environment, and revel in opportunities for growth.

- Identify opportunities for growth and maximise the client's realised and potential value from their investment
- Conduct frequent and measurable assessments related to account health statuses
- Keep track of client engagements, milestones, and maintain appropriate communication channels internally and externally
- Develop, improve, and execute key account documentation including Statement of Works, Proof of Concepts, Close-outs, and client presentations
- Can utilise qualitative and quantitative analytical skills and practice sound judgment when making decisions
- Demonstrate the ability and mindset to lead the delivery of complex projects with a high degree of efficiency and minimal risk
It would be beneficial to have telecoms or construction experience, either through selling tech solutions or working in the industry and understanding your future clients' problems that our client's product solves.
