We are recruiting for a Customer Service and Operations Support Advisor to permanently join our client. This role is remote working, with one day per week in the London Hammersmith office. Salary is £20-£22k dependent on experience.
The Role
You will be a member of a busy international team that operates in the UK. As the Customer Service and Operations Support Advisor, your objective is to ensure that our client delivers a great customer experience. In addition to processing orders and attending to all customer-service related queries and issues in Customer Service and Operations, you will be proactive when dealing with more complex cases.
You Will
· Accurately place work orders and tickets
· Answer customer queries to a high standard
· Arrange services
· Resolve issues within specified timescales
· Liaise between customers and providers
What You'll Need To Succeed
It is important you are dedicated to delivering a great customer experience. Attention to detail is a must, along with great listening skills and a can-do attitude. You will have excellent organisation, communication, planning, time management and prioritisation skills. You will use a range of IT tools and platforms for daily operations which require a high level of accuracy. You will have a proven track record of excellent performance and adaptability and it would be a bonus if you have done this within a technology sector environment.
