We're recruiting for UK home-based Customer Service Assistants to join a brand new Internet Service Provider on a perm basis. Salary is £18-22K dependent on experience, plus bonus and benefits.
The purpose of the role is to deliver an exceptional customer experience to our clients' customers via Telephony, Live Chat and email channels.
The Customer Service team will be the first point of contact for all types of customer contacts. This is a great opportunity to be part of an organisation that thrives on delivering world-class service to its customers through simple intelligent processes and technologies.
You will need to have previous contact centre experience; excellent communication skills and it would be advantageous to have some understanding of wifi and home networks.
