We're recruiting an ambitious and strategically focused Connected Buildings Team Leader to join our client in Manchester, an exemplary ISP, one that questions industry thinking and adopts best practices from around the world.

As a leader in their Sales Team, you will lead a team who are creating and building relationships with the movers and shakers in every City, such as serial networkers, local government and landlords, as our client grows their digital footprint.

You will work lead the Connected Buildings team and Connection Concierges to ensure that any tenant moving into one of our clients' connected buildings becomes a customer. The right candidate will believe customer experience is the most important part of a sales journey and although you will have a large target to hit for the financial year, 90% of your leads will be provided to you. Sounds a dream!

A little bit about the role...

● Constantly track the revenue performance of every connected building and ensure your team is on target

● To provide strategic direction for the sales team that reports into you to ensure the business hits target against all product types.

● Produce regular monthly reports on your teams new business performance, engaging all stakeholders and ensuring strong communications are established and maintained

● Provide robust leadership to drive team performance, competence and talent, and be a mentor and role model.

● Work closely with the Concierge teams to ensure your processes and KPIs are completely aligned and opportunities are are maximised.

What you'll need...

● Experience leading a growing team, nurturing and teaching

● Technical experience in telecommunications

● You'll be a motivator, excited by reaching your sales targets
